A natural and versatile actress, Sydney Park is quickly establishing herself as one of Hollywood's most sought after young talents. In her formative years, she attended a performing arts middle school. Starting at the age of 6 years old, she performed stand-up comedy regularly.
Sydney starred as Caitlin Park-Lewis in the highly-anticipated Freeform spin-off series Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists. Her performance was highlighted as "the standout of the young cast" by Variety magazine. Created by Pretty Little Liars' I. Marlene King, The Perfectionists is a drama-thriller that takes place in the town of Beacon Heights, where everything seems perfect but has mysteries at every turn. The ten-episode first season premiered on Freeform March 20, 2019. On September 27, 2019, Freeform canceled the series after one season.
Sydney starred in season 3 of the hit Netflix series Santa Clarita Diet, opposite Drew Barrymore and Timothy Olyphant, which released on March 29, 2019. On the film side, Sydney starred in 2017 horror film Wish Upon alongside Joey King and Shannon Purser.
Sydney got her start at the age of 6 doing stand-up comedy at the Hollywood Improv. At the age of 8, she competed on reality competition show America's Got Talent as "Syd the Kid," the youngest stand-up comic to compete. She went on to guest star on hit Disney Channel series That's So Raven and Hannah Montana, in addition to HBO's Entourage, Comedy Central's The Sarah Silverman Program and CBS' CSI: NY. Continuing her versatile work, Sydney starred in Nick at Nite's Instant Mom, opposite Tia Mowry and in AMC's acclaimed series, The Walking Dead. Sydney also lent her vocal talent to Netflix animated series, Spirit Riding Free.
She is set to star as Makani Young in the upcoming Netflix slasher film There's Someone Inside Your House. The film will be directed by Patrick Brice, from a screenplay by Henry Gayden, and based upon Stephanie Perkins' 2017 horror novel of the same name. Shawn Levy's 21 Laps Entertainment and James Wan's Atomic Monster Productions will be producing the film.
Sydney currently resides in Los Angeles.
